Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to the provided shipping address. Contact us at shop@ninanush.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
The customer must notify us via our email shop@ninanush.com and submit a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery to the provided shipping address.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the customer’s original method of payment within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer should always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We cannot guarantee a refund if:
- The order was personalized or customized in any way.
- The order did not arrive due to factors within the customer’s control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up packages as requested).
- The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our store (e.g. not cleared by the customer’s country’s customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped to the customers mailbox but did not arrive).
